What the approved terms will cover

• Acceptable use of the API, the MCP server, and this site, including no bulk extraction or redistribution without an addendum.
• Plans, credits, metering, overage, and cancellation once billing is live.
• Data accuracy, correction, and dispute procedures for property facts.
• The status of estimates as estimates, not appraisals, and exclusions for regulated eligibility or screening decisions.
• Service levels, suspension, termination, and liability.
